Vita: Originally from Kazakhstan, Elena travelled through Russia and the UK to reach Munich, where she has been living for the last 10 years with her British husband and Polish dog. Elena has 20 years of corporate experience in HR, with her last role as an HR Manager responsible for a wide geographical area, from Norway to Laos, leading projects related to leadership development through coaching, mentoring, and facilitation.
For the last 10 years, Elena has been working as a Leadership Transformation Coach. Her clients, leaders from nearly all over the world, bring a diverse range of coaching topics, such as team management, conflict resolution, finding an authentic leadership style, and managing complexity.
Elena is passionate about creating a greater impact by certifying coaches and teaching leaders to become coaches for their people and teams at BeCoach Academy, which she co-founded with her business partner Isil Uysal in 2018. Today, BeCoach Academy offers Level 1 and Level 2 programs accredited by the International Coaching Federation. The international community of students praises BeCoach Academy, saying that joining has been one of the best decisions they’ve made in years.
