Transforming the Chemical Industry
The participants will get insights into the Chemical Industry and the ongoing transformation efforts towards sustainability and circular economy – being the start and end point for a multitude of value chains. We will look at the big picture, selected examples and also challenges that the industry is facing with regard to this transformation. Vita: Christina is a Principal at the management consultancy Horváth, where she has been working as a consultant in the Chemicals and Life Sciences industry practice for almost 10 years. She comes from a background in business administration and has gained her international project and team leadership experience with well-known and globally operating companies in the chemicals and life sciences industry. With her broad knowledge of industry specifics and corporate processes, she advises large companies in areas such as business transformation and strategy as well as performance management and steering. She is also particularly passionate about sustainability issues and is intensively committed to this both for her clients and for Horváth as a company. For her, diversity is at the heart of her work – in terms of content and people – for continuous learning, understanding and growing together.
